Resolute Resolutions

Resolutions are often made this time of year and after the new year begins, those resolutions are forgotten by spring.

Instead of making resolutions, perhaps sitting down and writing out long and short term goals maybe the answer to follow through failure. So people who want to make changes to the course of their lives should take some time and brainstorm ideas. The internet is full of great ideas and avenues on how to reach your intended goal.

What is your goal? Going back to college? Why not start small? A fun community college course may be the answer.

Writing a novel? Then start by reading a book in various genres to begin your study of the writing technique.

Anyone who makes a new year resolution can be successful. Start off with making the beginning fun until the resolution becomes a part of your daily routine. Because if you do what you love then you will never work a day in your life.

Have a great holiday weekend!

Testing One, Two, Three... in February

I am finally going into the realm of radio and podcasting. I made the commitment and bough ta microphone. I also have completed a new website: The Di-'Stor-Zhen

I want to talk on a broad range of topics but the main focus will be energy and spiritual awakening. Many factors play into realizing the world is not what you see on television. We are energy. Nicola Tesla was correct: Light is everything.

But we also remember that we have a world in sorely need of repair.

So my debut episode is February 10th with my first topic oriented episode on February 12th, and every Sunday thereafter.

See you there!

Same Life, Different Chapter

Thanks so much for the support.

When you have lost everything because of a disabling illness, you feel adrift. I lost opportunities I will never get back. I thought any chance of being who I am was lost forever.

I worked on my symptoms. I worked to regain brain power. I worked just to breathe.

After five long years of doing everything on my own, I have finally plateaued to a workable independence. I may never be able to hold down a job or be in public for very long again, but I have discovered new outlets for my creativity.

It's been a long road. I have had to sacrifice so much.

In the cycle of recovery, I am now recovering me. My identity. So I can leave a legacy.

So thank you for stopping by, reading, and visiting my links. You don't know how much I appreciate it.

Thank you!

I am glad I can finally close the chapters of my old life and begin new ones. I still have work to do, but at least I know it's all on me. Since I am a successful person in my heart, I only hope that translates into the future.

Never give up; never surrender....

Words to live by.

Back to Life

This blog has sat for awhile.

I have reworked some other blogs and created: Sonoran Dawn Studios and Undawnted. The latter is now dedicated to my writings: essays, poetry, fiction, and nonfiction alike. The former is now host to all my housekeeping: credits, bibliography, press paquet, publishing, and scheduling.

That leaves me with a need to express myself artistically.

Now don't fret. My Environmental Illness Activism has not been retired, just readjusted. You will be happy to know that I am now writing books/booklets featuring different topics and Envrionmental Illness is one of those subjects.

I recently published the essay: Gaslighting and the Environmental Illness Patient

A huge hit! I wonder if it is because the PDF is free?! Check out all the links in this post for more information.

I hope you stay aboard and expand your subscriptions into my other blogs as well.

I am happy to have you here!

Have an artistic day!
